Help, refunds, and corrections
Most answers are below. If yours is not, write to us and a person will read it.
Refunds
If a pass does not do what the pricing page said it would, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. Tell us what you expected and what happened; we do not require you to justify the request beyond that.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. When a refund is issued, the entitlement it paid for ends. Your account, transcripts, and scorecards stay.
Access and expiry
- Nothing renews automatically.
- Every pass is a single charge with a stated end date. There is no subscription and no stored card charged again later.
- What happens when a pass expires.
- Premium practice stops. Your account, saved target, transcripts, scorecards, and history remain available.
- Your access is wrong.
- Payment confirmations sometimes arrive before the provider notifies us. Reload the page after a minute; if it is still wrong, contact us with the email you paid with and we will reconcile it.
Reporting a correction
If a program page states something that is wrong or out of date, tell us what the page says, what it should say, and where you saw the correct information. Corrections open a ticket and produce a new reviewed version — we never edit a published page quietly. Each profile shows how many corrections it has received.
Your data
You can download everything we hold about you and you can delete your account from account settings. Deletion removes your private content and audio. We retain the minimum purchase record that tax and accounting rules require, and any contribution you consented to publish stays only in its anonymised form.
Audio recordings are deleted on a schedule you control, and you can delete any recording immediately.
